Nightmare on Elm Street (2010) - Out April 30th

A re-imagining of the horror icon Freddy Krueger in all his glory.

Note, this is not Robert Englund, but Jackie Earle Haley seems to play Freddy very well. Since this is a re-imagining, there should be some good "twists" to the original tale.

A husband and wife in a small Midwestern town find themselves battling for survival as their friends and family descend into madness in The Crazies. A mysterious toxin in the water supply turns everyone exposed to it into mindless killers.

Starring Timothy Olyphant, this is a remake of the 1973 George Romero classic.

Shutter Island - In Theaters Now

Directed by Martin Scorsese and starring Leonardo DiCaprio, this thriller is about 2 US Marshalls investigating the disappearance of a murderess who escaped from a hospital for the criminally insane and is presumed to be hiding on the remote Shutter Island.
